Argentina slams ‘NATO’ Falklands as UK gears up for war games

Saber rattling over the Falkland Islands, the scene of a bloody conflict between Argentina and Britain in 1982, is on the rise as the UK prepares for military drills off the coast of the South American nation.

Reports that the United Kingdom will conduct military exercises on the Falkland Islands, known as Las Malvinas in Argentina, has provoked a harsh response from the government of President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, who has called the islands "NATO's military base" in the region.

Eduardo Zuain, Argentina’s deputy foreign minister, summoned the British Ambassador in Buenos Aires to protest the "new show of military force" on what Buenos Aires considers to be "occupied territory."

A spokesman for the Embassy of Argentina in London commented: "The Government of the United Kingdom will conduct military exercises on occupied Argentine territory…including missile launchings from the Malvinas Islands.”

The spokesman called the upcoming British exercise “provocations and hostile acts” on behalf of an “extra-continental nuclear power.” Read more   HERE  

"They just never will get it will they? The Falkland Islands are and always will be British, as long as the Falkland Islanders choose to be `British`. If the UK want to exercise her forces on in and around the Falkland Islands then they have a legitimate right to do so, infact it would be negligent of them not to send a strong message to Argentina. It’s the same as the UK holding exercises of the coast of Dover. I think we should immediately stop giving an enemy two million pounds a year in overseas aid, I don’t see them objecting to that. The money should be taken from them and given to the MOD to spend on defending the Falklands."

WHY THE HELL DO WE GIVE OUR ENEMY ARGENTINA OVERSEAS AID?

The British designed Argentine missile destroyer ARA “Santísima Trinidad,” that participated in the Falklands conflict in 1982 and has been out of service since 2004 moored at the Puerto Belgrano Navy base, is currently SUNK!

"Do we give Argentina  £2million  in aid, so they can fix their ships , so that we can sink them again? A ludicrous question you may think? I agree as ludicrous as giving a Country that hates Britain and wants to take by force the Falklands Islands our hard earned Tax money. "

British Government set to give overseas aid to the Taliban.

 Where you shocked by my Blog headline? seems crazy doesn't it, well they are not funding the Taliban yet at least not directly, the UK does its bit for the Jihad in Afghanistan by sending hundreds of UK borne Jihadists to the Country to fight British and ISAF troops.Sadly the UK is the hub of terrorist activity due to its non existent border controls and its huge Foreign ghettos, which could easily be mistaken for a middle eastern Country.Now we have the crackpot William Hague who wants to arm the Syrian Rebels ,  funny how he calls them rebels and freedom fighters, when they are the same type of Islamist killers like Al Queada. Oh yeah and just to round it off the British tax payers money is going to pay the families of Suicide Bombers  Maybe they should fund the IRA as well? Oh I forgot they got that bunch to run Northern Ireland.

Yet amazingly the British government give millions in overseas aid to India, it wouldn't be so bad if some of this money went to feed starving Indians but it just goes to make India a global power and a player in the space race. We are lucky Argentina are ranked 35 , yes you have guessed it we even give the Argies money, your tax money borrowed and putting us in more debt. The Royal Navy is now `too small` to protect Britain and we have to rely on France and the USA to fill the gaps. Also we don't have any submarines     
to protect the Falkland Islands, its just a good job that the Argentinian navy is in a worse state than ours. We don't have any aircraft carriers yet and decommissioned the Invincible   class carriers far to early, without those in 82 we would not have won the Falklands War. But never mind we are No 1 in the world at giving overseas aid, Britannia certainly does not rule the waves let alone the coast of Blackpool.

The Indo-Russian BrahMos supersonic cruise missile joint venture will expand this year into perhaps its toughest domain, with the company announcing it is nearly ready to conduct the first test of the BrahMos-A, an air-launched version of the weapon.In the works for at least eight years, the BrahMos-A has been integrated onto a specially constructed reinforced belly hardpoint of a modified Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.-built Sukhoi Su-30 MKI, says BrahMos CEO A. Sivathanu Pillai. Captive trials with a full mock-up missile will be conducted in the next two months, with a first test-firing off the east coast of India in early 2014. “The missile integration is nearly complete to the satisfaction of all concerned, including the Indian air force (IAF). Preliminary ground tests will begin shortly. We will build confidence before beginning flight tests and then a test-firing,” Pillai said in Bengaluru during the recent Aero India show.The BrahMos-A is a modified version of the baseline land- or ship-launched version, sporting a smaller booster and fins for airborne stability after launch. The missile also has been modified to relocate its umbilical connector. The missile is designed for a release height from a Su-30MKI of 500-14,000 meters (1,640-46,000 ft.). After a free fall of 100-150 meters, the BrahMos-A has a cruise phase at 14,000 meters and terminal phase at 15 meters.Read More HERE

As I have stated before India should feed its starving population and spend money on health care and stem the epidemic of child and women rape, once they become a civilized Country maybe they can spend money on their military, spend their own money not money from the United Kingdom, apparently they call our overseas aid a `peanut` well they don't have to eat it do they?

India, France conclude RS 30,000 cr deal on air defence system

New Delhi: India and France on Thursday concluded negotiations on a deal expected to be worth around Rs 30,000 crore for co-developing a short-range air defence system even as French President Francois Hollande made a fresh push for the sale of Rafale fighter jets to India."Both sides noted the ongoing progress of negotiations on the Medium-Multirole Combat Aircraft (M-MRCA) programme and look forward to their conclusion... steps are being taken for finalisation of the Short-range Surface to Air Missile(SR-SAM) project," India and France said in a joint statement. Boeing delivers Indian Air Force's first C-17

India test fires missile from under sea, completes nuclear triad Thanks to UK overseas aid

Bay of Bengal: After a smooth countdown at 1.40 pm today, India's missile, named BO5, emerged effortlessly breaking the balmy waters of the Bay of Bengal. The missile was launched from an approximate depth of about 50 metres, simulating exactly the conditions as would prevail during an operational launch from India's indigenously made nuclear-powered submarine bINS Arihant. Apparently we are broke and we must all tighten our belts, well the poor and hard workers of the UK must, meanwhile your tax money goes to Countries like India and Pakistan and even Argentina. India should use some of its huge wealth on feeding its starving population before it starts its own Space race and nuclear arsenal.

David Cameron buys six new submarines

Its an old saying but Charity really does begin at home. David Cameron would obviously deny that he has just helped Pakistan buy six new submarines with his very generous £650 million hand out of British tax payers money, but that’s what most rational British people are thinking today.  Like India there is no doubt that there is poverty in Pakistan , but surely their own Governments should be held responsible for some of it. If they can afford Nuclear weapons and an army navy and air force bigger than ours and splash out on six new Chinese submarines then there is something morally and from our point of view economically wrong with their Country. At a time when the UK is facing the most sever cuts since world war two, Cameron not only angers the whole Country with massive payments to dodgy Governments he actually increases the overseas aid budget. Our Royal Navy is little more than a coastal defence force at the moment and we would struggle to say the least if Argentina was to try to invade the Falklands again , luckily Argentina is skint as well. Yes we have Nuclear weapons but we would never use them unless we were actually hit with one first in my opinion. So Trident is useless against most threats we face today including the defence of the Falklands. To simplify things I believe we should run our Country as we would run our own households. Imagine if you were hard up but managed to save for years for a family trip to Disney land and a week before you are about to go, your Father decides that he has donated all of the holiday money to a family down the road who spend most of their time selling and using drugs and committing vandalism including damaging your car and assaulting you sister? Doesn’t make any sense does it, well that’s how angry Cameron is making the ordinary people of great Britain feel. If Gordon Brown was Prime Minister (Remember him) I would not have been surprised at all at these type of decisions, but you would expect better from a so called Conservative Prime Minister. The truth is if their was an election tomorrow he would be toast and Labour would win with a landslide and be in power for the next decade and so the cycle continues. Even if Mickey Mouse himself was in charge of this crumbling Country he would make sure his buddy Pluto and his missus Minnie were living well before splashing the cash on others. Never mind Disney Cloud Cuckoo comes to mind with tweedle dum and tweedle dummer in charge.
