Colonel sacked for rebuke over visits to injured

Col Julian Clover, 43, was dismissed from his post as a staff officer at the Army's Land Command headquarters because he said troops injured in Afghanistan and Iraq at the Selly Oak hospital in Birmingham should be visited by senior officers. What an outrageous thing for him to say, that we should show or men and woman fighting for us abroad that the officers that send them to War actually care about their welfare. Col Julian Clover is obviously a good man and has been treated deplorably by this Government. This is a man who commanded an infantry battalion in Iraq and was awarded an operational MBE in the 2000 honours list, obviously wasted on this pack of traitors running the Country. Read it here
