REMEMBER PETER MANDELSONS TRAITOROUS COMMENTS

(RG) I think everyone especially the forces community should be reminded of the way this failed Labour politician disgracefully attacked British soldiers many of whom gave their lives in Northern Ireland with his appalling comments `chinless wonders` on Irish radio and RTE's Marian Finucane Show. These comments were made in 2000 but they are relevant today as this creature has no remorse for them and now he has been brought back in to main stream politics by a desperate Gordon Brown. We shall never forget the Glorious dead or Mandelsons traitorous comments.

Mandelson indicates he will not apologise for comments about Army

  1. RG, it is not worth worrying about what Peter Mandelson does or says. He typifies the state into which British politics has descended, it is an arena wholly dominated by mediocrities, people whose main concern is their own interest, aims they will do anything to attain (though it must be said there are honourable exceptions to this rule on all sides).
The bitter irony is that Mandelson has the potential to be an effective administrator, however his lack of a moral compass inevitably means he wil do or say something that is beyond the pale.
An apology from such a man would be like the deed or comment itself, something beyond meaning simply because he is not capable of speaking with genuine intent unless it is in his interest. There is no joy in saying this, it is just profoundly sad.
    Regards Barry
