Treasury cuts 'will shed 6,000 Army jobs'

Ministers are considering cutting Army numbers by up to 6,000 because of defence spending cuts ordered by the Treasury, according to leaked emails from inside the Ministry of Defence. Read It Here

(RG) Here is an idea, lets sack 6,000 shiny arsed civil servants then we can afford to start an brand new battalion of Infantry supply them with the latest equipment (That Works) give them enough ammunition and rations and helicopters to take them in and out of theatre? I know I’m day dreaming again! More Tippex anyone?

Tears drip upon the Queens face
From eyes that have seen
Far too much for a young man
The glint lost for all to see
Tears drip onto the ribbons
Soak in like blood on soil
Fall onto the grave of his friend
Drip Drip Drip like oil
Tears Drip from this old soldier
All the rest of his Regiment gone
Sad Lonely Cold and hungry
His proud memories will live on
Tears Drip from this old soldier
Upon this hallowed earth
They died for Queen & Country
But they died for each other first.
