MOD Get Fat While Our Boys Starve.



Helicopter crews provide a lifeline to troops fighting the Taleban, raising dust clouds in the desert as they ferry supplies, evacuate the wounded - and come under fire themselves.
The small group of British troops holding the position on the hill had an hour's worth of rations left when the Chinook supply helicopter dropped its load of food, water and ammunition close by. Read It Here

(RG) What a logistical disgrace from the MOD allowing our boys to get so low on rations, I wonder how much ammo they had left? The overpaid overweight civil servants who are responsible for ongoing dire situation in Afghanistan would baulk at the idea of missing their regular lunch hour G&T I’m sure our American comrades don’t go hungry in Afghanistan, but just keep giving our boys the ammo and they will keep on fighting professional to the end.
