Soldier from 4 SCOTS killed in Afghanistan

It is with sadness that the Ministry of Defence must announce that a soldier from The Highlanders, 4th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (4 SCOTS), was killed in Afghanistan today, Monday 4 July 2011 The soldier was reported missing from an ISAF Check Point in the early hours of the morning and was later found dead following an extensive search of the area. Soldier from 4 SCOTS killed in Afghanistan

It is with sadness that the Ministry of Defence must announce that a soldier from The Highlanders, 4th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (4 SCOTS), was killed in Afghanistan, yesterday, Friday 3 June 2011. The soldier was fatally wounded by insurgent gunfire while on a security patrol in the Lashkar Gah District of Helmand Province. Read More Here RIP

Soldier from 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland killed in Afghanistan

It is with sadness that the Ministry of Defence must announce that a soldier from The Royal Scots Borderers, 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, serving as part of the Brigade Reconnaissance Force, was killed in Afghanistan on Sunday 5 September 2010.
