Talented blind-artist Matthew Rhodes has painted a mural.

Blind veteran Matthew Rhodes served as an army physical training instructor with the 1st Battalion, the Devonshire and Dorset Regiment until a motorbike accident gave him severe injuries. He was paralysed down the right side of his body, and was registered as blind due to brain damage.

Matthew was told by Doctors that he would never walk again but this was not the case and 8 months after his accident Matthew joined Blind Veterans UK and rediscovered his independence. After training he started fundraising through various charity events from horse dressage to the London and Brighton Marathons!Read more HERE
