A high profile Veterans campaigner is calling for a Bill of Rights for former servicemen and women.
Dr Hugh Milroy, CEO of Veterans Aid wants to open a debate on the subject and suggests the Government should create a new Department for Veterans Affairs. Rosie Laydon went to speak to him, she began by asking him what he hoped this might achieve.
