(RG) Il tell you who has brain damage the shiny arsed civil servants who have to justify their existence by pretending that they actually care about our servicemen’s health. I’m sure that this condition is very real and I expect the US will pump a lot of tax dollars in to treating it, but you try applying for a War pension if you think you have got it and you will be subjected to the Spanish Inquisition and a mine field of red tape and forms that if you didn’t have brain damage you will after attempting to make a claim.
