Thirty Three years ago I went to War

Today thirty-three years ago, I with the rest of T battery 12 Regt RA went ashore at San Carlos Falklands Islands to liberate the Islands from Argentina. The battery shot down 14 enemy aircraft, proud to have served with them. R.I.P those no longer with us.

My new Regimental Tattoo.

I got my new Regimental Tattoo of the Regiment I served with in the Falklands War 12 REGT RA   Its been over 25 years since I have had a Tattoo and I forgot how much it hurt but I think it was worth it. Once a Gunner always a Gunner ...UBIQUE.

12 Regt Reunion

I just thought I would let people that might be interested know that next years 12 Regiments annual reunion will be held at the Norbreck castle hotel in Blackpool . Dates are…. FRIDAY 24TH TO SUN 26TH. (JUNE) BAR BOOKED FOR SAT 25TH FROM 12 O,CLOCK. 

I have never been to a reunion yet for personal reasons, but I might get myself along next year for a few lemonades.
