Sadly due to the sad decline in the Uks Armed Forces under successive Labour and Conservative Governments all the Royal Navy can do is `WATCH ` with awe and jealously at a true naval superpower , the very fact that Russia can sail its fleet of our coast just shows the extent of our decline into a third world power. Perhaps David Cameron can ask India for a few ships to help us seeing as though British tax payers built them?
