Did they encounter opposition from Parliament? There is a crazy law that restricts people from making any kind of political statement within a certain radius of Westminster.
Give it a couple of weeks and The Faulklands conflict should eventually feature on Andrew Marr's new series.
I was only at primary school at the time, so my main memory of the Faulklands War was an impending sense of worry that there might be a call up.

I just watched a recording of this program. I found it an incredibly moving piece of TV... I recognised at least for of the guys from previous programs, and the more exposure this sort of thing brings the more pressure there will be on our shameful leadership.
