Is This How The US Army Treats PTSD?
(RG) There is a difference between how US and British troops are treated. Our troops are physically & mentally abused in civilian hospitals. Read It Here
The article in the Telegraph makes for disturbing reading. It angers me greatly than any service personnel are not treated right after any battle, injury or simply on return to this country.
It's appalling you can't believe our health service can let these things happen...but then again where is Hewitt when you need her? Blaming someone else no doubt.
All service personnel should be treated with respect at all times and more so when they are injured fighting for their country....arghhhh I am angry now! xx
As a none Briton I am very surprised that British government has no military hospitals, to care for its wounded soldiers. It seems the this government treats Its own military like the rest of the public services which is sorry to see. However in a completely unrelated topic what you think of this piece of conversational history on the second world war as regarding Russia’s role in it? http://www.russiablog.org/2007/04/did_uncle_joe_win_the_war.php#more
Once a soldier is mentally or physically damaged he or she is worthless and a burden to the Government. Non productive. Whether it be US or UK they never seem to learn the lessons that George Washington understood.

this is disgusting and makes my blood boil. the treatment of those willing to sacrifice their lives for the ungrateful makes me sick.
ReplyDeleteAnd I wonder what happened to the assailant in the Telegraph article? Probably a big, fat nothing.
