Soldier killed by 'friendly fire'
A BRITISH soldier was probably killed by "friendly fire" in Afghanistan, an inquest heard today.
Private Andrew Cutts' inquest was halted last September when evidence first emerged that he might have been shot by a member of his own side.

(RG) 'friendly fire' is a horrible expression another term is blue on blue. It is bad enough being killed in action but knowing it was from your own side only adds to the torment for colleagues and relatives. Andrew still died in the service of his country regardless RIP.
