Sniffing for bombs in Bastion



Sparky, a feisty black Spaniel, searches Afghani trucks bringing supplies into Camp Bastion. Like the other British search dogs deployed to Afghanistan he instils such confidence in his handlers that they are prepared to walk with him where others fear to tread. Read It Here

(RG) These dogs are invaluable to the British Military I remember when I was serving in Northern Ireland a dog handler was telling me how they are worth their weight in gold with the arms and bomb making material they sniff out, plus they are cute!
