It is with regret that the Ministry of Defence must announce that a soldier from 2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, part of Combined Force Nahr-e Saraj (South), has died at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, today, Sunday 5 September 2010. The soldier died as a result of injuries sustained from an explosion in the Nahr-e Saraj district of Helmand province on the morning of Tuesday 24 August 2010. Read More HERE RIP
