Rogue Gunners Model Rapier
Here is a die cast model of a Rapier missile launcher I made. This model has a DN181 Blind fire system on the right of the photo, we did not have a DN181(See Photo Below in Foreground) which would have enabled us to fire at night time. Last year when I went back to the Falklands on the Pilgrimage I went back to San Carlos where we landed on D-day and found Scouse Denmark’s old position 31 Delta. We dug back down into his old trenches and found camouflage nets from 1982. I tore some pieces from the cam nets and have actually used them on my Rapier model.
