How Little We All New

As young men we came from the sea
To rescue our kinfolk from Fascist tyranny
Still in our teens
With ambitions and dreams
Bullet proof Warriors
Para’s and Marines
Britannia had awakened
Our lands had been taken
The lion will roar
We will even the score
It felt like a cruise
With a few tins of booze
How little we all new
Back in 1982.
