Gurkhas 'no right to settle'

The judge, Mr Justice Blake, asked whether a Gurkha who had won a Victoria Cross but had no strong ties would be eligible to settle.
Mr Kovats replied: "Having a VC is not necessarily a strong tie bringing the entry application within the policy." Read It Here

(RG) Because the Gurkhas are honourable men they are trying to do things the correct and decent way, unfortunately this military hating selectively RACIST Labour Government do not want these Loyal ex servicemen in this Left wing country. They should do what the rest of the world do and turn up in their tens of thousands at Dover and every available port and claim `ASYLUM` that is the only English word they need to gain entry to the LAND OF MILK &HONEY. I mean isn’t there a million or so UK residents feeing the tyranny of the Brown Government every year? Plenty of room for Johnny Gurkha. Every decent UK citizen should up sticks and go and live in Nepal, then build a huge wall around it, we would be well protected and wouldn’t have to pay the equivalent of Cherie Blair’s hair dressing bill just to heat our living rooms!
