Help For Heroes Smashes £3m Barrier


Help for Heroes, a charity aimed at helping injured service personnel returning from Iraq and Afghanistan has managed to raise a staggering £3 million in little under five months.

(RG) This is fantastic news and shows that the public of the UK really do appreciate our boys and girls in the Armed forces and the sacrifices they have made for their country. It would be a nice gesture if the Government matched the £3 million? A big thanks to all who has helped please keep it up.

  1. Sometimes the public really do try to make a difference. We have a woman who started sending packages to Iraq for the military and it rally has caought on. now there is a whole organization, type setup, making up the packages and sending them off to Iraq. Better that I got when I returned from Vietnam.....stay well...
