I was a lead case in the PTSD group action against the MOD. In my opinion we never got a fair trial, I was not even allowed to give evidence. I recently received all my court papers from the Law Firm that represented us, what I found upset me deeply. My solicitors Linder Myers have not replied to my letter I sent them pointing out what I had discovered by recorded delivery. A Colonel who commanded us in the Falklands called me a liar and also my witnesses. I can now prove that it was in fact him that was lying and if the boys at Thames House don’t do an Alexander Litvinenko on me I will be publishing the documents to prove what I am saying.
