Frigates could see a new lease of life as artificial reefs

What a ridiculous headline `new lease of life` it means that they may get sunk. Why cant we give them to the Indian or Pakistan navy? Oh yeah don't be silly they both have a much more modern Navy and don't need our cast offs.I would rather have seen them updated and still used by the Royal Navy, but the MOD budget for the Navy is building two huge aircraft carriers, sounds good apart from the fact that as soon as the second one is built it will be mothballed, apparently cheaper to build it than not? You really couldn't make it up!
