Why did Charles snub the Para’s' 65th anniversary of Arnhem?
Charlie is just another Mr Ben who wears different military uniforms when it suits him. I would guess that he wasn’t at the anniversary because he had a cactus plant that was suffering from depression and spent many hours chatting to it and singing to it!
