A council refused to collect rubbish from a 95-year-old war veteran who is nearly blind - because he put a ketchup bottle in the wrong bin.
Lenny Woodward, a former Desert Rat who has lived in the same house for 58 years, was confused by a new regime of fortnightly collections and rigid recycling rules.

(RG) Lenny Woodward fought against Fascism and he is still being attacked today by New Labour Fascists. Would the council have done this if he was an Asylum seeker or from and ethnic background?

How dare he put the ketchup bottle in the wrong bin He should have his taken off him and it given to some Muslim who has just sneaked in the our open borders.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness I don't live in Norwich but if I did I would do my best to arrange for half the city to pop into the Council offices and deposit an empty ketchup bottle and a coffee jar on the front desk, all addressed to the Chief Executive by name. The offical excuse was 'We are just abiding by the rules'. Isn't it strange how, when cretins are given power, they always 'abide by the rules' ignoring commonsense and decency.
