What an excellent idea! I can think of no other warrior-caste who could give the Afghans a better taste of their own medicine than the Gurkhas.
ReplyDeleteAfter all, they come from a small, mountainous country, are tough, resilient and resourceful, and they don't take prisoners (at least, not in once piece).
Yes Alfred they same was once spoken of the people of this very Island.
