My old Battalion!!!-2 Rifles (Was 1 Royal Green jackets ) getting their Iraq medals.I used to hate doing the double past,it's a Green Jacket tradition goig back to the days of the peninsular war when the Rifleman of the 95th and 60th Rifles were scirmishers, fighting in pairs in no-mans land ahead of the Red coated regiments who fought in line. The double march was used to great effect closing with Napoleans troops!
