The Ministry of Defence, has found a new candidate for the important job of director for MoD procurement Bob Ainworth was said to be exhausted at mammoth talks which took place at the new directors home in Florida, which culminated in Bob receiving a big hug and a kiss from the exited new guy in charge. Peter Mandelson accompanied the British defence secretary to the States but missed the signing of the contract as he had gone to Kennedy Space Centre with his boyfriend. Gordon Brown praised the hard work by Bob Ainsworth and said that he was confident that we have the right man for the job in the fight against terror. David Cameron said it was a ridiculous choice and he would have gone for a more articulate person like the Tasmanian Devil.
I’m sure that Mickey Mouse will be delighted at the way the MOD has spent £7,000 a month on renting a mansion for a general and his family, we could always waste it by spending it on other things like equipment for the troops in Afghanistan? Now that would be silly!
