Coroner hits out at Army chiefs

A coroner has criticised Army chiefs at the inquest into the death of a British soldier in Afghanistan. Coroner Andrew Walker said Corporal Mark Wright's death could have been avoided but for a lack of equipment and said those responsible "should hang their heads in shame".Read It Here

(RG) The coroner is spot on here, although the MOD would prefer to continue working without the intrusion of any outside force. There is no way any heads will `hang in shame` as to feel any shame you would have to have a conscience and know that you have done something wrong. The MOD have non of these human feelings and in reality would prefer to continue their shameful treatment of our Armed forces with immunity from any blame. RIP
