It was Christmas Day
The six brothers sat down in the desert to rest
They loved and trusted one another with their lives
Breaking bread they passed a drink of water between them
Nothing was spoken
It didn’t need to be
They new they were in good company
Each reflected upon their lives
They missed their wife’s and Parents
But they were with their closest family now
They quietly stood
Checking their equipment and weapons
They set out slowly towards their enemy
Good will to all men put on hold for a while.
