Soldier Zachary Hoyland was kicked off a train by a jobsworth conductor as he returned home on leave after risking his life in Iraq.
The 19-year-old rifleman, still in desert fatigues and carrying his helmet and body armour, was looking forward to a hero’s welcome. Read It Here
(RG) Well this is another good example of what is wrong with our Country. By the letter of the law yes the conductor was correct with him not having his rail card but come on this lad has just risked his life for the country that throws him off a train. I’m guessing here that the guard was either a left wing piece of Army hating (Labour Voting) tree hugging pot smoking scum, or a member of an ethnic community that has sympathies with the Taliban? Or perhaps he is just a jobsworth dickwad. `A land fit for Heroes` what a joke! If you would like to let the train company know what you think of the way they have treated the British soldier please do complain Here I have.
