(RG) Rumour has it that Ken Livingstone wants a squadron of these UAV`s to spy on motorists and lorry drivers. Other councils have expressed an interest in watching residents wheelie bins. Many council tax bills will have to go up to pay for the Desert Hawks. One Somalian resident of Hackney said “it’s a disgusting infringement on our civil liberties” Gordon Brown was quoted as saying, "Anything that makes extra money in taxations for me is a good thing in my book".
