Cheers indeed. That's cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. I LOVE your blog.
It must have been tough going back to the Falklands too. Nothing but respect for you guys.
What did you think of Ross Kemp btw? It was great reporting. He made me laugh though :)
That’s ok, I really enjoyed the Ross Kemp programme, just a pity it wasn’t longer. I was surprised he wasn’t stood in line with the Anglians with his hand out for his medal, but seriously at least it showed to many who probably didn’t know what these amazingly brave young men are doing over there, remember they don’t get a choice. I was near to tears watching the final episode with the death of the young 19 year old soldier, he is not much older than my son and I would be a bag or nerves if he was out there I would rather do the fighting for him. Lets hope our servicemen get more respect after programmes like this? Allowing them in to Harrods and BP garages would be a start!
ReplyDeleteMack.
Have Harrods still got that stupid ban on? I would never shop there. How i hate Al Fayed anyway. All this business over Diana, i wish he would just stfu, frankly.
ReplyDeleteI was in tears several times during that programme. I think the media are handling this better because they have finally got the message from blogs and organisations. In London i was really pleased to see so many poppies on display last November.
I was pleased he also covered blue on blues and got the soldiers reactions to the Americans (no blame).
