Hans Blix Was Looking In Wrong Country.




A new case of foot and mouth disease has been confirmed in Surrey.
The latest outbreak comes just days after the government declared the county to be free of foot and mouth.
Britain's farmers have been bracing themselves for more cases after the disease was first found on a farm near Guildford in August.
A major outbreak in 2001 cost the country an estimated £8 billion. Read It Here
